In a jam comic, the last panel is written and drawn first. From there, the author passes the comic to four other people who each do a frame until the first panel is left. The first panel is then given back to the original author, who wraps everything up - from the beginning.

When I did the last frame, I intended it to be a conversation between a pimp and one of his hos (Hence the ridiculous suit). But I'm pretty pleased that it turned this, I certainly wasn't expecting it and found it just as (if not moreso) hilarious.
